How to use Notability for PC: A Beginner’s Guide

Notability is an online note-taking app that you can use to jot down lists, brainstorm ideas and even read children’s books. Here’s how you can get the most out of Notability for PC. Notability is available via Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox web browsers. However, if you don’t have a PC or a Mac to download the Chrome or Firefox web browser, Notability will only be available for Android smartphones and tablets. Before we get started, ensure that you have an Internet connection and access to an Android device with version 4.0 or higher installed. Installing Notability requires accessing the app store on your device and adding permissions for location tracking/geolocation/Internet access.

How to create a Notability Account?

To get started:

1. Update your browser to the latest version.
2. Search Notability on the Google Play Store on your Android device.
3. Install the app and sign into your new account when prompted. You can also create a Notability account on your Mac or PC in the free Notability app.

You can log into your Notability account from the Settings menu or the Notability website by entering your email address and password.

How to use Notability for PC?

Notability for PC lets you take notes, create lists, draw diagrams and diagrams, create bookmarks, and search for notes. You can also sort and filter your notes and share them with others.

You can also create a new note on your Android device and then sync the note to your computer for taking notes on other devices. Once you’ve got your computer open and your Notability app open on your computer, you can begin taking notes. You can type your notes or draw diagrams on your word processor, and they’ll be automatically saved inside Notability on your computer.

Organize your Notes with Tags and Folders

After taking your first note inside Notability, you can start tagging your notes to help you organize them. When you order a note, it will appear in your tag list, and you can use tags to help you manage your notes. You can create as many tags as you like and rename them using the drop-down menu. You can also create folders inside your titles to help you further organize your notes. You can create and name as many folders as you like and move notebooks, notes and tags between folders. To see all your tags and notebooks, select a title or a notebook and click the drop-down menu icon at the top of your screen. You can collapse or expand your tags or notebooks, sort them by name, and view their notes.

View your Notes and Collaborate with Others

To see your notes and notebooks, select a tag or a notebook and click the drop-down menu icon at the top of your screen.
